A US Court has ordered Chicago State University (CSU) to release President Bola Tinubu’s academic records to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar by Tuesday.
The presiding judge, Nancy Maldonado, dismissed Tinubu’s objections and issued a two-day ultimatum to CSU.
The court upheld the September 20 ruling of US Magistrate Judge Jeffery Gilbert, who ordered the release of Tinubu’s academic records.
Atiku, the PDP presidential candidate, had approached the US District Court to compel the university to release the records, arguing it would boost his suit challenging the President’s election in the February 25 presidential poll.
