Prof. Stella Effah-Attoe, the National Woman Leader of Nigeria, passed suddenly following a brief illness.
In addition to being a committed educator and politician, Effah-Attoe was also a fearless activist who battled for justice, equity, and fairness. She was a distinguished scholar and university professor in Nigeria.
The PDP expressed sadness over her passing and appreciated her contributions to the group’s efforts to fortify and reposition the party in front of the general elections in 2023.
Her devoted Christian life and her lasting contributions to the nation and humanity were cited by the party as consoling factors.
