The Peoples Democratic Party’s presidential candidate Abubakar Atiku has appealed the decision of the election petition tribunal upholding President Bola Tinubu’s election.
Chris Uche, SAN, Atiku’s primary attorney, is asking the Supreme Court to overturn the tribunal’s decisions because he believes they do not accurately reflect the grounds of his client’s petition.
By not annulling the election, the tribunal, according to Atiku, committed a legal error.
