Recall that earlier in 2023, AY Makun changed the origin of their feud and then made many attempts to get in touch with his ex-friend.
In a recent post on his Instagram page, Basketmouth expressed regret to the comedy community as a whole and asked for pardon from anyone he may have offended.
He emphasised his disagreement with AY Makun and asked for forgiveness, adding that his apologies may have come late, but he would still be glad if it were accepted.
“I say this from the bottom of my heart, I am truly sorry to all the people in the industry and beyond that I have insulted over time, whether consciously or unknowingly. And I ask for your forgiveness even if I won’t accept or refute the accusations made against me by others who claim I did things that negatively impacted their careers.To my man, yes I’m not sure if my apology still stands, but if it does, I sincerely apologise for anything I’ve ever said or done that has harmed you. I merely ask for your pardon, he continued.
