Grandmother Marcia Grant was run over by her own car by a 13-year-old son, who has admittedly been responsible for her death.
According to the Daily Mail, he claimed that his reckless driving was what killed her and informed the authorities, “Looks like I’ve got my first kill.”
The boy will be sentenced on December 1st, according to Justice May, the judge, who announced this during a court hearing on Tuesday.
Her silver Honda Accord was reversed out of her driveway and over the main road, striking her as it did so, resulting in her death.
Grant apparently attempted to stop the youngster from stealing her car when the incident supposedly occurred.
The girl, who was 12 at the time of the event in April, was detained on suspicion of murder when a 60-year-old social worker from Sheffield, England, was killed outside the home where she looked after foster children after being ran over by her own car.
The woman, according to a South Yorkshire Police spokeswoman, died at the scene after suffering significant injuries.
He continued by saying that the boy was found soon after and detained on suspicion of murder and possession of a bladed object.
